Senior UX Designer / Senior Information Architect (m/w)

Clients include China Construction Bank, Daimler, Haier, Hyundai, Merck KGgA, and Zurich Insurance. mediaman’s core competency is the development and rollout of digital platforms, apps, and interfaces for global brands.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree
- At least 4 years of job experience in user experience, information architecture, usability, content strategy, collected in digital agencies or other companies within the digital economy
- Well versed in user research: interviews, persona development, usability testing
- Solid ideas about user oriented digital business processes, as well as websites/apps with superior user experiences
- Good understanding of business, marketing and communication goals
- Works accurately, goal- and idea-oriented, with a love for detail and the ability to abstract
- Enjoys challenges and can evaluate what is do-able
- Curiosity and empathy for different industries, clients, topics and target audiences
- Good communication skills in both German and English
- Fun team player
Your Tasks
- Work at the interface of all disciplines: strategy, consulting, concept development, technology, and design
- Independently develop architecture, navigation, interaction design, content- and communication concepts
- Excite customers with convincing project presentations
- Lead teams and develop skills in younger team members
- Work in Mainz, Germany, and possibly collaborate within the international mediaman network
